Yehuiah (יהו + El) is the 33rd trigram of the Shem HaMephorash, drawn from the reversed reading of Exodus verses 19 to 21 according to the boustrophedon method that governs the formation of the 72 divine names. Ambelain and Haziel render it as 'God who knows all things,' expressing the divine omniscience that pierces all veils and sees behind every appearance. With Yehuiah begins a new angelic choir: the Powers (Potestates), sixth order of the Pseudo-Dionysian hierarchy as adopted by Christian Kabbalah, under the guidance of archangel Camael, prince of strength and martial justice. The Powers function to resist disordered forces, protect divine order against disruption and watch over the boundaries between worlds.

Yehuiah is specifically invoked for protection from hidden enemies, traitors and conspiracies. Tradition attributes to him the power to unmask deceptions, render hidden motives visible and prevent acts of perfidy from succeeding. He also sustains loyalty and respect for legitimate order: he helps those who faithfully serve a just cause to receive the recognition owed to them. His energy is that of intelligent vigilance — not paranoid mistrust but a lucidity that discerns the true from the feigned.

In meditation, Yehuiah invites practising transparency as a spiritual discipline: being oneself without mask, recognising one's own shadows before denouncing those of others. The earth Virgo in which he is rooted calls for factual analysis, discernment grounded in concrete reality rather than in supposition. His light is that of objective truth, of exact knowledge that liberates from fear of conspiracy simply by revealing what is. It is a reminder that the most powerful form of protection is not secrecy but integrity — the inner coherence that leaves no gap for deception to enter. By invoking Yehuiah, the kabbalistic practitioner does not seek to spy upon enemies but to become, through rigorous self-knowledge, a being whose transparency itself becomes a shield impenetrable to the manipulations of the hidden and the false.
