Veuliah holds the 43rd position in the Shem HaMephorash, the system of 72 divine names extracted from the three Hebrew verses of Exodus 14:19-21. He belongs to the choir of Virtues, under the archangel Raphael, and inaugurates the passage through Scorpio in this angelic cycle. This transition from Libra to Scorpio marks a major symbolic descent: we leave the world of airy balance to enter the deep waters of transformation, where smooth surfaces give way to the invisible currents that truly shape a life over time. The Virtues, as angels of miracles and divine force in matter, find in this fixed water sign ideal ground for their dissolving and regenerating action — the kind that reaches what willpower alone cannot touch.

Veuliah is the angel of liberation from chains. Tradition attributes to him the power to dissolve servitudes of every kind — political or social oppression, affective or addictive dependencies, cycles of poverty or repeated failure that seem to impose themselves as immovable fate. He is the angel of deserved prosperity, the kind that flows not from blind luck but from service accomplished with integrity and constancy over time. He is invoked to find the inner strength to break from what has held us prisoner too long, and to open entirely new spaces of life after a period of stagnation, confinement, or unconscious repetition.

To meditate with Veuliah is to question the chains one has accepted to the point of no longer feeling them as such — the familiar walls we have decorated so carefully that we forget they are walls. He invites a form of Scorpionic courage: to descend lucidly into the depths of what has been endured or built by default, and to resurface — not unscathed, for transformation always carries a real cost — but fundamentally freed and renewed at the root. His breath affirms that no bond is truly permanent when one accepts to face it fully, in all its weight and all its reality.
