Esbats: Celebrating the 13 Full Moons

In the Wiccan and pagan tradition, each Full Moon of the year carries a name and a specific energy. Celebrating them — the Esbats — allows you to synchronize with the natural cycles.

## The Blue Moon
A Blue Moon is the 2nd Full Moon within the same calendar month. It occurs approximately every 2.5 years. Blue Moon rituals are considered exceptionally powerful — this is the time to voice your most audacious wishes.
## Simplified Esbat Ritual
1. Step outside under the Full Moon
2. Greet the Moon by its monthly name
3. Meditate on the specific energy of the month
4. Offer something (milk, honey, water, a song)
5. Make a wish aligned with the energy of the month
6. Give thanks and return home in silence
