🌿 Ingredients
🔥 Preparation
- 1.Steep 3 chamomile bags (or 50 mg standardized apigenin) in 250 ml of simmering water for 10 minutes, covered to retain the essential oils.
- 2.Strain into a ceramic or glass cup — avoid metal which alters the flavonoids.
- 3.Dissolve 3 g of glycine powder into the lukewarm infusion (max 40°C; excessive heat degrades certain actives).
- 4.Take the capsules separately: magnesium bisglycinate, ashwagandha KSM-66, valerian, L-theanine, and lavender Silexan, with a sip of the potion.
- 5.Place the 0.3 mg melatonin sublingual under the tongue (let dissolve for 60 seconds for direct absorption, bypassing first hepatic pass).
- 6.Drink the elixir slowly, in dim light (<10 lux), ideally a candle or amber lamp, screen off for 30 minutes.
- 7.Light a palo santo stick or diffuse lavender, place an amethyst on the nightstand, and keep a short gratitude journal (3 lines) before turning off the light.
📋 Dosage
1 complete dose, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, in a course of 2 to 3 weeks then 1 week break. Melatonin and valerian to be used only on evenings when sleep onset is difficult — magnesium and glycine may be taken daily.
